St. John's Hill is located at the south of Malacca, Bandar Hilir. Built at the top of the hill, it is deemed

St. John's Fort was constructed by the Dutch in the 18th century and was once a private chapel
dedicated to St. John the Baptist. The interesting features that should be paid attention,
is the cannons in the fort that are faced inland instead to the sea. The view from the top of
